2006 Switchgrass - Construction

We broke ground on a home at the base of Mount Helena last Monday.  This custom home will have views unlike many others in Helena.  It will be exciting to see the progress in the forthcoming weeks.

This home has taken a while to get rolling, but it is steaming right along now.  When I'm at the job site I'm continually reminded of the glorious views ~ they will be worth the wait!  The framing should be done soon, then the project will really begin to progress as the finishes are chosen and installed.

The Hanson project is coming along.  Hopefully, it will wrap up the end of January/first of February.  The finishes the homeowner has chosen are beautiful ~ some rustic, some elegant ~ all complementing one another quite well.  The kitchen and living area marry seamlessly which will be amazing for entertaining.  

And the exterior concrete begins!  Shannon is somewhat notorious for pouring concrete when others would prefer not to due to the snow and cold.  But we live in Montana, so today he poured the front stoop at the Switchgrass project.  Next week it's supposed to really cool off, but the trusty ground heater will be running full bore to get a few other pieces completed.  Exciting days!
