5195 Walden Loop

We just completed a spec home west of Helena that was anything but a typical spec.  Although the exterior was unpretentious, the finishes were all custom.  My favorite feature was the Montana-style mudroom that will simplify the active lifestyle that many of us lead.  It was huge and accessible from the exterior of the home, as well as the garage with polished, ground, concrete floors, perfect for dumping gear as you return from an adventure.  It had plenty of space to store all your gear and your clothing.  

From the custom timber chandelier lighting the kitchen, to the stamped concrete sidewalks and patio with integrated firepit nestled into the trees out the back door, circle sawn stained wood floors, and artisan accents, this house will be a welcome retreat for its new owners. 

Thank you to a job well done to all our subcontractors for seeing this project through to completion.  Without each of you, we wouldn't have been able to finish the job in a timely manner.
