6 Bighorn Drive

We met Paul & Niki last year on a referral from a prior build.  What a delight they have been to work with.  We cannot wait for them to move into their new home that will be nestled among the ponderosa pines and giant boulders in Sheep Mountain Estates.  Their view of the Elkhorn Mountains will be magnificent year-round, but snow covered peaks are particularly beautiful!

Paul & Niki's house is framed and ready for interior work to begin.  Excavation began and a storm dumped 18 inches of snow, so that made the beginning phase a little rough, but it's all working out.  Plumbing and electrical has begun and insulation and drywall should be right around the corner, with the roof and siding being installed.

The bighorn Drive project was wrapped up a few weeks ago.  The final weeks went so quickly that hardly a picture was snapped!  This truly was an example of small but perfect home.  The footprint was not large, but the details made it perfect.  From the large mudroom separating the garage from the living space, to the balcony that overlooked the living room and beyond to the Elkhorn Mountains, this home was a delight to build.
